Security in Haiti after Earthquake

Security in  Haiti after 7.0 magnitude quake still far from save,it caused by the destruction from almost whole buildings, including prison. 3000 bandits use this opportunity to escape from the broken prison, in the other hand Haiti security officers consist of 2000 personnel.
