Hard Acquisition for Cadbury

Cadbury still looking for a higher Kraft bid to take over the company, number $17.2 billion seems not enough for Cadbury. Cadbury still expect the good price for next four days, and they believe it will happen.

U.K government finally take part to help this acquisition, to raise the bid from U.S giant food company, Kraft.The bid will increase about $17.9 billion or about 11 billion pounds to take Cadbury from L&G, the major share holder in that dairy milk factory.
