South and North Korean finally reach deal about split family, impact from Korean War 1950-53. This reunion program will be held in September 26 to October 1 to unite about 100 families that separated by borders. U.N sanction almost made the reunion could not be held after the war was over, but now every things was change the rule of sanction become soften caused by humanity reason.
